Our (not so) snowy adventure

Last Sunday, before all the sickness invaded the Sydnor household, Grammy and Pop came out to enjoy the beautiful snowfall at our house. Sophia was excited to get out and see the snow so Grammy and Pop took her for a ride around campus.
Henry was happily eating his dinner when the snow was in full force so we decided we would take him out the next day...
Well, that plan did not work out too well because the snow didn't last very long. Poor Henry got all dressed up for a tiny, little bit of snow....
He was not too impressed. Next year, buddy. Next year.

2012 has not been too nice to our girl. First, the stomach bug and now a nasty cold with a fever. We did a lot of reading, napping, and movie watching yesterday. Today we are off to the doctor...

Seven months with Henry

Sweetest boy in the world!

Henry's new favorite toy...this pink and purple ball, that was Sophia's once upon a time, makes Henry very happy.

Our boy is 7 months today and it feels like I was just posting his 6 month photos...where has this month gone? Henry is a sitting up, rolling, laughing, eating machine and we just love him to pieces. He reacts when we walk in or out of the room and loves standing and jumping. Henry also loves to ride...in the car, stroller, or baby carrier. He likes to be on the move and that's a good thing with a big sister who has lots of places to go.

Happy 7 months, little man. We have so much love for you!

Valentine's Day fun!

On Monday, Sophia started working on our homemade Valentine's Day cards...the glitter and glue were flying!

Pop stopped by to surprise his girls with beautiful flowers!

Valentine's Day morning! Sophia found Henry and her treats in no time!

Sophia dressed and ready for pink and purple day at OCP. I had the pleasure of hostessing the Valentine's Day party but I didn't get any pictures. Em, can you help a girl out? We had a fun day at school and many thanks to Laura and Em for all of your assistance!

After naps, my love bugs and I had some cuddle/story time.

Grammy and Pop stopped by for a visit and to give Sophia and Henry some fun Valentine's Day goodies.

Grammy and Pop then took Sophia and Henry to dinner at DD's while Raph and I had dinner at home. We had a wonderful meal and enjoyed a little quiet time before Raph had to be on duty. Thank you, Grammy and Pop!

The next day, Henry got to spend some time with his special Valentine, Peyton.
